This is a quick week night BBQ goodie. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are the protein star here.What you need:
Boneless skinless thighs. (Bone-in are really better but we used the convent ones available from a wholesale club)
Zest Coast Original BBQ Rub
BBQ sauce (we used Swamp Boys Original this time)
What to do:
Preheat grill to 350/375 degrees, indirect heat.
Shake on Zest Coast Original BBQ Rub or Sweet Heat to the chicken.
Grill 20 to thirty minutes until internal temp of 165.
Finish with sauce during last five minutes.
