Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Steamed Veggies and Rice with Zest Coast Rubs

 

What you need:

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Mixed Veggies or veggies of your choice.
  • 1 cup of your favorite rice.

What to Do:

Start Rice, cook as directed on package. The pork takes less than 30 minutes.

Rinse pork and rub with mustard or olive oil (optional).

Coat pork with your choice of Rub/Seasoning.  Here we used a 50/50 mix of Zest Coast Hot Coffee and Zest Coast Original.

Grill at 325 to 375F for 20 to 30 minutes until you reach an internal temp of 145 to 165F. Different parts will cook faster. DO NOT OVERCOOK. We recommend Thermapen thermometers. Allow meat to rest 5 minutes.  Now is the time to steam the veggies.  Slice meat, serve with rice and veggies.
