First born young Bucco returned from college for the holidays last night so we made one of his favorites. Grilled salmon. The high school bucco claims this as his favorite and can literally eat a pound in one sitting.
What you need:4 to 8 ounces fresh salmon fillet(s) per person.
Zest Coast Seafood Shaker Seasoning Blend
What to do:
Generously apply Seafood Shaker seasoning blend to salmon.
Drizzle with honey. (The wife likes Mike's Hot Honey)
Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
Cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Do not turn or flip.
Check for internal temp of 140 to 145.
We served with a vegetable medley (coated with olive oil and ZC Beef rub) and jasmine rice (sprinkled with Savory Blast).
Optional: garnish with fresh parsley or dill. We have both in our container garden!
