Grilled Chops with Summer Corn
I boil the corn for 5 minutes and remove from heat. I throw the corn on the grill along with the chops. These chops were thin and only took about 15 minutes. Pull at 140. Will be 145 after 5 minute rest.

Pork Tenderloin with Asian Glaze
I have been on an umami kick lately and like to mix up a sauce with ingredients like soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, etc. Add in garlic, ginger, sriracha, honey, brown sugar and the like. Watch out and don't burn the sugars. But a little caramelization is nice.
